Job Description

Tax Manager - 110k‑120k+ (CPA A+) Location: Home Office in Boca Raton, FL 33432. 100% Remote or Hybrid. Requirements CPA a big plus for both positions. Sharp, honest, stable work history is a must, technically savvy. Experience managing a team, mentoring, and teaching experience, good communication skills, critical thinker. The job requires high‑level tax preparation skills, superior tax research and problem‑solving abilities, broad software knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. We have a team approach to provide high quality client service for tax compliance, planning, financial statements, and general business consulting. Additional requirement: Must have recent public accounting experience (minimum 3 years). Systems ThomsonReuters, GoFile Room a big +, strong with Excel, QuickBooks or other tax programs. Schedule Able to work long hours during season: mid Feb‑end of April and then again in August‑mid October. Monday to Friday schedule during other times.
