Job Description
Tel Tech Networks is seeking a skilled Utility Locator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to accurately identify, mark, and document underground utilities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and proficient in using locating equipment and interpreting utility maps and records to prevent damage and ensure job-site safety. This role requires effective communication with contractors, engineers, and field crews, along with accurate reporting and recordkeeping.
Candidates must be able to work independently in varying weather and field conditions, maintain a strong safety record, successfully pass a background check, and pass a pre-employment and ongoing drug screening. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation and the ability to work occasional night, and after-hours shifts as needed to support project and emergency response requirements.
Compensation for this position is competitive and not limited to a range of $28.00 to $32.00 per hour , with final pay determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
