Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory and Logistics Specialist to join our team in Normal, IL.

This is a full-time job with a pay range of $50,000 to $60,000/year , depending on your experience.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This job is Monday through Friday . Sometimes, you may need to work on a Saturday if it is busy or needed for the business. As the Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory and Logistics Specialist, you will lead the warehouse team and keep things running smoothly. You will check and restock inventory, order parts and supplies, and make sure the right materials get to the right places on time. You will work with other teams to keep jobs moving and help with deliveries when needed. You will use QuickBooks and FieldEdge to keep track of inventory and orders. You will also talk to vendors, fix any problems that come up, and help make the warehouse better as the company grows.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience
• Experience coordinating drivers and delivery schedules
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and hold team members accountable
• Ability to lift and move HVAC materials and equipment as needed
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership or management experience

Preferred:

• HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industry experience
• Experience expanding or scaling warehouse operations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or FieldEdge
