We are urgently seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Duties

• Diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and other household or commercial units
• Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to identify issues accurately
• Perform mechanical repairs including replacing parts, assembling components, and ensuring proper operation of appliances
• Conduct refrigeration repairs and maintenance as needed
• Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot wiring issues and electrical components
• Operate box trucks for appliance service calls, ensuring safe handling of equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and parts used
• Follow safety protocols during all repair activities and field operations

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience servicing and repairing major household appliances.
• Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Electrical experience relevant to appliance troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, or equipment repair is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with professional communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Prior experience with assembly or equipment installation is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
