Our business model is designed to provide timely and cost-effective results. Job Description Experience: At least 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Corporate law. Salary depends on experience and productivity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating attorney schedules Communicating with clients Preparing and formatting legal documents Handling employment and service agreements Drafting LLC meeting minutes and consents Managing closing checklists and form filings Notifying agencies about sales, transfers, or assignments Conducting legal research on new laws Contacting agencies regarding procedural issues Assisting with regulatory appeals Preparing shareholder/member buy-in documents Supporting billing and timekeeping Performing light administrative tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Strong interpersonal skills Experience with mailing and document organization Preferred: Law firm experience, transactional document organization, drafting skills, knowledge of securities issuance, liquor license applications, healthcare industry, new entity formation, government agency interactions Benefits 401(k) matching Health and life insurance Paid time off Our Culture Pullano & Farrow fosters a high-energy environment centered around our mission of comprehensive legal service.
