Job Requirements Holiday Wholesale is looking for a Translator to join the Night Warehouse team. The Translator will translate oral speech and written text from Spanish to English and vise versa in a variety of contexts. Essential Functions Understands and analyzes what is being said or written, and effectively and accurately translates the message and intent being communicated. Translate statements or questions in the desired language. Work with employees to translate work‑related issues to the Manager. Attend and translate meetings to help facilitate effective conversations between Spanish speaking and English speaker employees. Help with office work as needed, such as running reports. Assist with training Spanish speaking employees and help answer any job‑related questions. Protect the confidentiality of information and adhere to any related ethical or professional codes. Hand select orders for customers using a voice operated headset in a temperature‑controlled environment. Be able to walk for most of the shift on concrete floors or rubber mats, searching for and retrieving product items from sales orders. Sort picked product by destination stop. Work in an area with moving industrial equipment such as forklifts and electric stackers. Any other associated function required to complete the tasks assigned by the Manager according to the Team Member’s skills and abilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Fluent in Spanish and English. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve. Night warehouse works Monday – Thursday, starting at 5:00 PM and work until done. Work all scheduled shifts and receive a $1.00 attendance bonus! Other Experience and Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish required.
